Arrival and Departure
Rooms can be occupied as of 2:00 pm. On departure day, please
vacate your room by 11:00 pm. If you plan to arrive later than 8:00 pm,
please notify us.
Deposits
We request a deposit of € 200. per room as soon as you receive
your reservation confirmation. Reservations are only binding after your
deposit has been received.

New Year’s Eve supplement
New Year’s Eve festive menu, party, midnight buffet costs ¤
20. per person for adults and is charged also if not taken. For
reservations of at least 7 days, this is included in price.
Cancellations
Room cancellations must be made in writing. Until 3 months
before planned arrival date, deposit is kept. Until 2 - 1 month before
planned arrival date, 80% of the reserved stay is invoiced (applies
only to room charges).
Overnight with breakfast
Reduction from half board price (only for adults): summer € 5.
and winter € 7.For children, no refund is possible. Children can select
their meals from the special children’s menu.
Desired room
Services not received cannot be refunded. Please understand that room categories can be booked, but not a special room or floor. |
